Our New Executive Chef
We’re delighted to announce that Claudio Costea, has joined voco Oxford Spires as Executive Chef.
Claudio has over 22 years of experience and a career history that includes achieving two AA rosettes, securing our sister hotel, voco Oxford Thames, a place in the industry-renowned Michelin Guide, winning the IACC Europe Copper Skillet culinary competition and being a contestant on BBC’s MasterChef: The Professionals. Claudio brings a wealth of knowledge and accolades to our voco table, quite literally. As we head into a new season, Claudio is leading the team to prepare our spring/summer menu, which will include small plates, salads, grills and classic comfort food.
Claudio is an absolute asset to our team, and we can’t wait to share his journey with you all!
